Scope

These terms cover online sales of the personalised books offered on minihikaya.com to consumers. Placing an order means you accept them.

Product

Personalised illustrated book "30 Nights of Ramadan", 20 × 20 cm, hardback, 30 pages. The name, the boy or girl choice and the dedication are printed as entered by the customer. Pictures on the site are representative; small colour differences from your screen are possible.

Price

Prices are in pounds sterling, with UK delivery included. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.

Order and payment

Your order is confirmed once paid in full, by PayPal or by card through our payment provider. We email a confirmation. We never store card details.

Production and delivery

The book is printed to order and delivered to the address given at payment, within the times shown on the Delivery page.

Cancellation right

As the book is made to the customer's specifications and clearly personalised, the cancellation right does not apply (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b)).

Your statutory rights

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If a book is faulty, see Returns and refunds.

Intellectual property

The texts and illustrations of the books and the site belong to Mini Hikaya. Reproduction without permission is not allowed.
